These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 2227bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting service available at https://2227bat.club. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to platform integrity and anti-fraud compliance, 2227bat may request identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of your registered payment method. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players and is typically resolved within 24 hours of document submission.

All financial transactions on 2227bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 2227bat does not accept foreign currency deposits. Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST. Requests submitted after that time are processed the following morning.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals above ৳50,000 may trigger an additional review.
• Withdrawals of bonus-converted funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time the bonus was claimed. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds is not permitted.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and promotional values are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 2227bat does not support multi-currency accounts. Players should be aware that if their mobile wallet is denominated in a different currency, the conversion is handled by their wallet provider and may be subject to exchange rate variations outside 2227bat's control.

General Bonus Conditions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 2227bat account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in cumulative qualifying bets before withdrawal becomes available.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a different percentage as specified per promotion.

All bets placed on the 2227bat platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, or arcade games. Product-specific rules are accessible from the relevant game or betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

Bet Placement and Settlement

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only when a confirmation notice is displayed on screen and/or a bet reference number is generated in your account transaction history.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless the platform offers a specific "Cash Out" or "Bet Cancellation" feature for that market and the player exercises it within the permitted timeframe.

Manifest Errors

2227bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly and obviously erroneous — for example, where a pricing error resulted in odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of the outcome. Manifest errors will be identified and communicated to affected players as quickly as possible. Bets voided on this basis will be refunded at the original stake amount.

Casino Game Integrity

All casino games available on 2227bat use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers under camera supervision. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action other than the game mechanics themselves. 2227bat does not influence, alter, or interfere with the outcome of any game round.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2227bat platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance.

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 2227bat account.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after using deposited funds to place bets on 2227bat.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared devices or IP addresses, or employing any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine play intent.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input for each action.

• Money Laundering: Using the 2227bat platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of unlawful activity. 2227bat maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Reselling access to the 2227bat platform, operating affiliate schemes outside of officially sanctioned partnerships, or systematically transferring winnings between player accounts for commercial gain.

Where 2227bat identifies a violation of these prohibited conduct rules, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend the account; void all associated bets placed during the period of suspected prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any balance related to the violation; and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law or where public safety is a concern.

Closure by the Player

You may close your 2227bat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and twelve months. Closure by 2227bat

2227bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that require the account to be closed.
• The platform electing to cease operations or withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet). 2227bat may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, subject to a minimum balance floor. Players will be notified by email or SMS before dormancy fees begin. Reactivating a dormant account is straightforward — simply log in and verify your identity if required.

Disputes and Appeals

All decisions made following a formal review are final and binding.

Governing Law

Limitation of Liability
